A personality questionnaire is indispensable to gain a better understanding of a person’s character. Moreover, personality questionnaires scientifically have an important predictive value for someone’s performance in the workplace. 
 
After all, it allows you to check whether specific job requirements match well with someone’s personality. Moreover, it is important to see whether someone’s personality fits well with that of other team members. Some of our personality questionnaires are intended more for use in a selection context, while others are more useful in a coaching process. All Cebir personality questionnaires are based on the scientifically validated Big Five personality theory.

The Easy Personality Test measures the five main dimensions of personality: Friendly, Open, Caring, Extraverted, Emotionally stable. The measurement of each main dimension is further explored through several sub-measures.

The answer method used is normative (with a scale of answer choices). This allows candidates to take a nuanced view of the different traits, and indicate whether something applies to them to a lesser or greater extent.

The language used in the questionnaire is simple, making it ideally suited to less language-savvy candidates or candidates for executive positions.
