Sales Manager
At Cebir, we specialize in the design and implementation of advanced psychometric solutions that help companies assess and select top talent. To support our upcoming growth and success, we are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Manager (NL-EN/FR-EN) who will play a key role in our expansion.
Responsibilities
With 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within HR, SaaS, and B2B sales processes, you will manage key accounts and drive commercial development. Additionally, you will oversee a team of external and internal sales representatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cebir, both in Belgium and internationally.
Key Account Manager (70%)
- Manage key accounts, including public markets, with a proactive approach (Hunter)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients (Farmer)
Sales Manager (30%)
- Drive commercial development in Belgium and abroad
- Manage and motivate a sales team consisting of 5 external and internal sales representatives
Key Tasks
- Strategic Planning: participate in the development of the sales strategy, with initiatives to improve performance and increase revenue
- Performance Monitoring: analyze team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans
- Coaching & Development: provide regular support and coaching to help each team member achieve their personal and professional goals
- Customer Relations: work with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships
- Recruitment & Training: recruit and train new sales team members, ensuring continuous skill development
- Mindset: a true people person with the drive to lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring customer success and delivering value
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual NL/ENG or FR/ENG, with a good knowledge of the second national language
- Experience in B2B with long-term sales processes
- Familiarity with tenders
- Experience in service sales, SaaS software sales is a plus
- Dynamic mindset, solution and results-oriented
