Account Manager
Cebir offers a cutting-edge psychometric testing platform that helps businesses evaluate and select the best talent. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a driven and talented Account Manager (NL/FR) to play a key role in driving customer success and contributing to our growth.
Responsibilities
With at least 2 years of experience in account management, customer service or sales, ideally within HR or recruitment, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Key Account Manager (70%)
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring a proactive approach to retention and satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase contract value, ensuring long-term customer success
Customer Support & Advice (30%)
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service
- Address customer concerns promptly, offering advice on platform usage, testing, and training
Key Tasks
- Customer Retention: ensure 95% of existing contracts are successfully renewed within the first year
- Sales Growth: collaborate with customers to propose solutions that lead to a 20% increase in upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Customer Satisfaction: achieve a satisfaction score of 90% or higher by providing timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Experience in HR and recruitment is a plus
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and capitalize on upselling opportunities
- Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
